What happens if a customer’s credit card transaction fails?
If a transaction fails, Recurring Billing Service will automatically retry the transaction at least once a day for the number of retry days you’ve specified for all transactions. You can also manually retry the transaction. Recurring Billing Service allows you to send automatic email notifications to customers that a transaction has failed and what they need to do to fix the problem.
