What happens if a customer replies to an email? Will anyone receive the reply?
The email messages sent to your customer will be from an email address that you assign. For example, you decide that you want all email messages sent from info@yourrestaurant.com. Any replies will be received by the individual at your restaurant who administers the email address. If you do not have an email address, your Table by the Window email service includes an optional Table by the Window address (yourname@tablebythewindow.com). Table by the Window can provide training on checking this email box and replying to your subscribers.
