ex is in contempt of court which means he is faceing fines and/or jail time. You can handle this one of 3 ways..let it go, tell the lawyer who handled the original case (might charge more, but won’t cost to ask) or go to the courthouse, tell them what happened and that ex is in contempt of court order and what forms do you need to file. then wait to get court date.
