What happens if a contractor still cannot be competitive on a project with the basic terms of the market recovery agreement?

0

In cases which the union and/or the contractor believes that an amendment of the local wages/fringe is necessary to regain the market for a specific project, either party may request that the International Union amend the local wage/fringe package. In such cases this action must be taken prior to the contractor submitting the bid for the work. Any such amendment will be formally added to the Agreement for that specific project only.
