California law will not allow children to enter public or private school or day care without written documentation of immunization history. Every effort should be made to locate immunization records from a medical provider and/or the last school attended. Children will have to begin their shots again if immunization documentation cannot be located. For more information contact the Fresno County Immunization Program at (559) 445-3550.
