If your female cat is in heat then she can have kittens whom her brother is the father if he mated with her. The kittens have a higher chance of genetic problems. However, it is also possible they will be healthy. If both your cats are a carrier of a recessive gene disorder then the offspring will likely have both recessive genes and have the disorder (it takes two recessive genes for a recessive gene problem). Nothing should happen with the 2 month old because she is too young to go into heat. If you are worried about this you need to get your cats fixed. If you can’t afford all right now at least get the male fixed because it is difficult actually keeping an unaltered male as a pet and he will soon have two females to choose from..
