What happens if a card becomes defective?
• An employee experiencing any difficulties with their card should call customer service at 866-674-0046 to have a new card issued. The existing card number will be deactivated, and a new card will be issued and mailed to the employee. The direct deposit account number will remain the same, however, so there will be no required payroll department changes. The cardholder’s balance will be loaded to the number affiliated with the new card.
