The candidates will normally lose their full test fee unless they are able to provide appropriate medical evidence (from a GP or hospital) to the centre to explain their absence. Medical evidence covering the test day must be provided within 5 days of the test date. It is the candidate’s responsibility to make sure we receive the medical evidence in our office within the deadline.
