A. If your cheque is returned to us by the bank you will be contacted by KNV and given an opportunity to provide replacement payment within two business days. Any tickets issued will be considered invalid until replacement payment is received.

In the event of bad payment being received (i.e. NSF Cheque or declined credit card), you will be contacted by KPMG LLP to provide an alternate payment method. The ticket price must be paid in full before the ticket will be validated and eligible for the respective draws.
