What happens during the in-person class?
After finishing the online childbirth education, it’s important to attend the in-person class session. During the 2 ½ hour class, you will work with a childbirth educator in a small group setting to: • Review the information you learned online • Learn breathing techniques • Get your questions answered • Tour the Maternity Care department In-person classes are held at St. John’s Hospital, St. Joseph’s Hospital and Woodwinds Health Campus.
