HealthySEATv2 cannot be used with a HealthySEAT Version 1 database until that database is updated. Following are some details about what exactly happens during the database upgrade process. We encourage you to read this information carefully before upgrading to HealthySEATv2. When updating a Version 1 database, HealthySEATv2 will: • Make a backup copy of your Version 1 back end database (BE_HSEAT.bak) and place it in same folder as the back end database that is being updated. • Add to your database additional tables and fields that are necessary to support Version 2 features • Upgrade the default EPA guidebook and checklist data • Add a custom checklist called HealthySEAT Example Starter Checklist • Set a configuration bit in the back end database to indicate that it has been updated to Version 2 When upgrading a Version 1 database, HealthySEATv2 will NOT: • Delete or overwrite any district-specific configuration settings • Delete or overwrite any district-specific program information
