The first step in the oxycodone rehab process is detox. Drug detox must be completed before the individual can continue on with the remainder of treatment. Oxycodone detox helps the individual overcome their physical addiction to the drug by allowing the body to cleanse itself of the opiate toxins that have built up over time.
