What happens during an initial session?
The session lasts 50 minutes to 1 hour, and we use the time to talk through what you want from therapy or coaching and how best you may achieve this. It also gives you the chance to ask your practitioner any questions about themselves and how they work. At the end of the session your practitioner will make some suggestions for you to consider, in terms of what they think may be the best way for you to meet your goals, within the Centre or elsewhere. You and your practitioner may, at this point, agree to work together, and if so you will discuss a bit about the ‘contract’. You may also decide to have some time to think, or your practitioner may suggest other options.
