What happens during a typical career consultation appointment?
This is an opportunity for students to work one-on-one with a consultant to learn about their interests, skills, and values and to apply this information in formulating career goals. Consultants often administer and interpret the results of assessment instruments such as DISCOVER and the Strong Interest Inventory as part of this process. As is true of any counseling session, students can be confident that all information is kept confidential.
