Opening Ceremony – Everyone meets around the AWANA Game Circle for the flag ceremony and announcements. Game Time – Individual and team competition takes place as a variety of games are played around the AWANA Game Circle. Sportsmanship and teamwork are emphasized. Handbook Time – Students work one on one with AWANA staff leaders to complete assignments in their handbooks. AWANA emphasizes memorization and understanding of key Bible verses that teach how to begin a relationship with God and then live for Him daily. Council Time – Students gather for worship along with practical Bible teaching. Closing Ceremony – Once again, everyone gathers around the AWANA Game Circle for award achievements, a word about upcoming activities and prayer.
