What happens during a Stress Reduction/Reiki session?
Each session contains what we call “scientific mediation” components. You will show up in loose comfortable clothing so that you feel at ease and go through a series of advanced mental calming experiences. After these are complete you will experience a series of physical movement and assisted movement progressions that will allow your body to relax even more. Then we set up easy anchors for you to take it all with you. You will feel deeply calm and at ease after each session so it is best that you make sure you do not have to do anything strenuous or mentally stressful following the sessions. Be sure you can languish in the lasting effects of the stress reduction experience for many hours afterwards so that the experience is long lasting and becomes a part of you.
