What happens during a Reconnective Healing® session?
You will be in a comfortable, relaxing healing space where you will be asked you to remove your shoes and lay face up on a massage table. You will be asked to close your eyes and relax. At that time the Healing will begin. The practitioner will not physically touch you during the session. Once completed, the practitioner will gently touch your shoulder and say your name to indicate the session is over and it is time to open your eyes. A short debriefing will follow, at which time you can schedule your next session. Session Information: Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes, appropriate for the session. Keep in mind that you will be resting face up (shoes off) on a padded table during sessions. Scents: Avoid perfume and the use of scented soaps, hair and/or skin care before your sessions. Sessions should be as fragrance free as possible. Jewelry: All jewelry is fine, as long as it is comfortable to wear during your sessions.
