What happens during a movement session?

Movement sessions are based on a system of dynamic joint mobility exercises called Z-Health. Z-Health exercises involve pain free movements for each joint in the body. The movements are performed in a slow, controlled, mindful way, kind of like standing isolated tai chi. Together the movements include almost any anatomical movement that is possible, forming an “alphabet” of movement by which one can recover their prior levels of movement “fluency.” I also use movements inspired by feldenkrais or somatics which mostly take place on the floor or a seated position.
