What happens during a follow-up consultation?
Follow-up appointments allow us to carefully track how the remedy is working for you. We will review the status of the symptoms that you were most concerned about during the initial appointment and talk about how you are feeling overall. Based on your specific situation, I usually like to have a 5-10 minute check in by phone one week after you start taking the remedy (there is no charge for this) and then meet in person about one month after your initial consultation. Follow-up consultations provide an opportunity to make adjustments to how you are taking the remedy and to evaluate whether your condition has changed and a new remedy is in order.
