What happens down the road, after weve paid you and something needs to be attended to?
As a company, our priorities are as follows: 1. Serve those who have already paid us (completed projects) 2. Serve those who are in the process of paying us (projects that are in process) 3. Those who might pay us, (estimates, sales calls, etc.) Our first priority is customer satisfaction, so we are there to serve our customers at every stage of the project from the estimate through its completion and beyond. Attending to our customers needs after the project is complete is as important to us as any other part of the project.
