What happens between now and the Fairness Hearing?
As you may know, the Fairness Hearing was scheduled for December 15, 2008. The Court finally approved the Settlement on February 17, 2009. Appeals from the Courts final approval order are now pending. Until all appeals are resolved, we can nor distribute any settlement funds.
