A. The “meet & greet” is a visit that allows you to get to know me and Metro Pet Care. During this visit, I will perform the following tasks: introduce myself to you and your pet, pick up a spare key, confirm pertinent information about you and your pet (e.g. vet information, emergency contacts, special requests, etc.) and answer any additional questions you may have.
