NYSDOT will review the comments and prepare a response for the record to questions, comments, suggestions and concerns received. NYSDOT will present this information to the Task Force for its review and recommendations. Depending on the outcome of the Task Force’s recommendations, NYSDOT will determine whether the draft regulation should be adopted or amended. Once the regulation is published in the State Register, the rule will be officially adopted and take effect.
