At the end of the hire period, Wiltshire Council will contact you by letter outlining the options and whether you would like to take ownership of the bike and equipment. The HMRC valuation at 6yrs old (the end of the hire period) is a negligible value (£5). This equates to the modification deposit that is paid to extend the hire period and will be offset against this amount.
