What happens at the end of the first franchise term?
Provided that you have not breached your Franchise Agreement with us during the initial term and notify us of your wish to renew at the required time, you will be able to renew your franchise for a further term. You should be aware there are a number of requirements set out in the Franchise Agreement that need to be met before your franchise can be renewed. In particular, you will have to pay the legal costs of arranging the renewal (if applicable). You may also have to sign a new Franchise Agreement.
