When a Creditor Meeting is called, you must attend. At these meetings, you will be required to answer any and all questions asked by your creditors. The creditors are expected to keep their questions contained to the matters at hand and within the Bankrupty proceeding. The Trustee will be present and will be representing your Creditors and it is strongly recommended that you be represented at any such creditors meeting or Tribunal.
