What happens at HST Graduation?
The day starts for graduates with a group photo and arrangement into processional order (you will receive detailed information about this in the week before Graduation from ‘traffic director’ Cathy Modica). The formal program begins with the processional into the function room at 9:00. The graduation exercises include remarks by the Directors, other dignitaries, a keynote speaker, a student speaker and distribution of certificates and gifts to each candidate. A brief paragraph, created from information we collect in the weeks prior to graduation, is read about each graduate. A reception (an ideal time for photography by family and friends), follows the morning exercises.
