much the same as any other church , but with one or two differences they would usually open with prayer some hymns a healing moment some more hymns an address by a speaker or the minister and it would finish with a mediumship demonstration and a closing prayer there are no holy books to read from edit there is no hands on healing at the Spiritualist church service that would be something done in private and would be arranged and it is not a psychic reading , it is mediumship
