What happens at a homeopathic consultation?
Homeopathy is holistic, which means that the homeopath needs to form a clear idea of you as a whole person. The aim of the homeopathic consultation is for the homeopath to find out about not only physical problems but your likes, dislikes, lifestyle, pressures, fears, etc. The homeopath will listen carefully to what you you say, and will probably ask you some direct questions. Anything said to your homeopath will be in the strictest confidence.The first appointment will probably take between one and one and a half hours. The homeopath may give you a remedy at the end of the appointment or send it on to you.A follow up appointment will take place, usually about a month after the first. This will take between 30-60 minutes. Further appointments are then made as required.
