What happens after the Tribunal has rendered Judgement in the case?
At the end of the session, Applicants are advised in writing that judgement has been rendered and when the judgement may be expected to be distributed. It takes the secretariat of the Tribunal approximately two months to prepare the judgements for distribution. All judgements are sent for translation in English and French, as appropriate.
