What happens after the trail week?
Boot camp is like a fitness intervention…a fun one! We want to kick you into shape but always at the core of our work with each and every person is the goal of boosting the self-confidence, health and energy. We want you to live your life to the fullest! Our camps have several different elements that we’ve found are powerful tools in gaining self-confidence, health and energy; A positive environment, a good attitude is key to success and so we ensure that the room remains a place without judgement from the trainer or the other campers. We have each bootcamper sign a contract saying they will stick to a healthy diet and lifestyle choices. We ask our campers to track their food so they can see what they are eating every day, it also gives your trainer a better picture of your daily routines so that we can help make changes. We make sure to keep the energy in the room high with music, encouragement and above all, the many smiling faces!
