On May 31, the Subway Trial program has been suspended. After the Subway Trial program has suspended the PayPass readers on the subway turnstiles will stop accepting your payment card/fob. Pre-Pay customers who have any balance remaining in the pre-pay transit account will receive a credit/refund to their Citibank debit/credit account for the remaining balance. You can however continue to use your PayPass card/fob at all other merchant locations.
