What happens after the Nanny is working for us?
Lincoln Park Nannies provides ongoing support after a family has hired our nanny. This is to ensure that if the family has any concerns, they have us to turn to for help to resolve any problems or concerns. It ensures the new nanny will integrate successfully with your family. We will provide follow up calls after a certain period to see how things are going with the new nanny. LPN is only a phone call away to answer any questions. Families who use LPN services have a very low turn over rate because the nanny integration is extremely successful. We give Family-Nanny contracts to everyone involved for a wonderful and harmonious relationship.
