Billing for the Premium subscription plan at $9.95 per month automatically begins against the credit card that you used to register your Smart Frame. Please be sure to update this information if you move, or if your credit card has expired. Please call Kodak Customer Support at 1-800-235-6325 and our customer service representatives will update your billing account for you. • Cancel your subscription and use the Frame only as a standalone COMPACTFLASH Card viewer. Contact Kodak Customer Support and they will cancel your subscription to the STORYBOX Network and give you instructions to render your frame a standalone COMPACTFLASH Card viewer. If you have pictures stored on the STORYBOX Network, make accommodations for them before canceling. When you cancel, any remaining pictures are deleted.
