The decision of the Board of Aldermen granting or denying a Special Permit is filed with the City Clerk. Within 20 days from the date that the Board’s decision is filed with the City Clerk, you or certain “aggrieved” persons may appeal a decision of the Board of Aldermen to Land Court or Superior Court.
