Children are eligible for CHIP up to age 19. After that, there are many health care services and programs available whether you have health insurance or not. You can contact the PA Helpline for more information at 1-800-462-2742. Also, there are many free or low-cost health services available in Pennsylvania if you meet certain incomes requirements.
