What happens after I select a Digitec Support plan?
You can expect highly competent technical Engineers, great customer service and a secure, well-run network! We’ll start with an initial kick-off meeting, where you’ll meet your assigned primary network Engineer and Digitec Solutions’ Customer Care representative. At first, we’ll focus on learning all we can about your network environment and tackling any outstanding technical projects and/or immediate problems. Once your network is stabilized and operating smoothly, we’ll shift into an ongoing proactive consulting and support mode.
