What happens after I contact Sales, Billing, or Technical Support through the myStargate Account Manager?
All cases submitted through the myStargate Account Manager are automatically sent to the inbox of the appropriate department. These cases are processed daily by Stargate representatives, and you should receive a response within 24 hours for Technical Support issues, and within 1 business day for Sales and Billing inquiries. Please note that some cases will require more time to resolve than others, so please only submit one case per issue. You can view the status of the cases you have opened by choosing View Support Cases from the menu.
