What happens after a complaint is submitted to the NACCAS office?

0

Once the complaint is received in the NACCAS office, the complainant will receive an acknowledgment in writing from NACCAS within ten days of receipt. At that point, the school identified in the complaint will be notified that a complaint has been filed. The correspondence will include the specific standard and criteria, rule, accreditation objective, or other Commission requirement, which was allegedly violated. The school has twenty-one days to submit its response to the complaint. Once the school’s response is received, the complaint, the response and other related information are placed on the agenda for the Educational Quality and Compliance Committee (EQCC).
