What happened with Darwin Gross, who was the Living ECK Master before Harold Klemp?
Darwin Gross became the Living ECK Master in October 1971 after Paul Twitchell passed away in September 1971. Gross announced Harold Klemp as the new Living ECK Master in October 1981. But Gross failed to accept that he was no longer the spiritual head of the teachings and was discharged from Eckankar. God gives sole responsibility for the leadership of ECK to the new Living ECK Master.
