A total of 96 concepts were submitted to the Rose Quarter Stakeholder Advisory Committee. The SAC then recommended three concepts; Veterans Memorial Arts and Athletic Center (VMAAC), Memorial Athletic Recreation Center (MARC), and the Trailblazers and Winterhawks Concept. A final decision has been suspended pending the result of the Rose Quarter Development Strategy phase.
