What happened to the Wu-Tang Clan?
The Wu-Tang Clan splintered briefly years ago because of disputes (both internal to the group and feuds with other artists), some people’s perception of market saturation, members pursuing solo projects, and crises such as the 2004 death of Ol’ Dirty Bastard. A new Wu-Tang Clan album, currently titled 8 Diagrams, is due to be released in summer 2007. All members will be featured except Ol’ Dirty Bastard; however, some of his previously recorded material will be incorporated. In addition, RZA is working on an album currently titled DigiSnacks.
