What happened to the Trading Card contest?
Sigh. The best of intentions…For those who don’t know, I created a Trading Card for each of the main characters in YDK and then posted them online every few days or so. Each card had a number on the back, and at the end I would have contestants submit the correct numbers for each card and then select a winner, who would win the one and only card set. One thing that happened was at the time, the cost for producing only one set of cards, full color, was too prohibitive. I should have done a little more reasearch beofre I decided on that prize. However, printing costs have come down since then, so it’s not out of the question that a variant of the contest could be resurrected, certainly with a head start or something given to those folks who have held on to their numbers all these years.
