The Spätzle Hex ‘C’ was a cheaper version that did not have the ability to change the size of the holes; and therefore the size of the spaetzle. Although it was a very good seller for us for over eight years, our German supplier decided to discontinue its manufacture in early 2005. As such, we can only acquire the model ‘S’ from our supplier.
