What happened to the songs in My PraiseCharts? Some of my songs are missing?
There are two possibilities why you cannot access the charts that were in your “My PraiseCharts” folder. Either you are not signed in, in which case you will not see your name under the green help center oval on the right side of the page at www.praisecharts.com. To login click on “login” at the top right of the page. If you were a Gold Star member, and no longer see the gold star under your name, then your membership has expired. Simply go to “Membership Info” in the yellow bar near the top of the page to renew your membership.
