Litton Jr., 39, the principal at Eastern Shore Junior Academy in Sudlersville, is charged with third degree sex offense, fourth degree sex offense, and sex abuse of a minor. Police say the investigation began Sunday after troopers at the Centreville State Police Barrack received a call from someone claiming there was a sexual relationship going on between the accused and the victim. Litton was taken to the barrack for questioning and later arrested without incident. Police say Litton and the victim became acquainted nearly four years ago and their relations involved several sexually oriented incidents taking place in various locations throughout Maryland and Delaware.
