A. Extractor Pro software was discontinued by its manufacturer Kowabunga Technologies in March of 2003. In addition to terminating Extractor Pro, Kowabunga has also elected to deny technical support to its existing installed base of Extractor Pro software users. As such, all existing users of the Extractor Pro software should upgrade immediately to EXP Elite so that they will have a technologically superior software and the benefit of full support.
