The Mylyn JIRA Connector has moved to Atlassian . The Atlassian JIRA connector can be installed from the update site below. It is a drop-in replacement for the Mylyn JIRA connector. If the latter is already installed it will be disabled and replaced by the Atlassian JIRA connector during the installation. It is not necessary to uninstall the Mylyn JIRA connector.
