What happened to the lifeboats launched from the Titanic?

according to sources, the life boats that were collected were taken back to New York, the White Star emblems removed and they were sent back to England proabably to be used again. White Star line had reason to recycle, the costs incurred by the loss of the Titanic were staggering. However White Star made record profits the next year. Some of the passengers who survived returned to England on White Star vessels. Many third class passengers lost their whole stake and were penniless. The crew suffered too “Our wages stopped when the ship sank.” Some of the more well to do passengers chipped in and got in HUGE trouble because it looked like a bribe. Business is business….and business pays big dividends. And never looks back.
