MailWasher Pro has been going for 9 years and we’ve never asked for an upgrade fee for new versions, they’ve always been supplied free of charge. As you can appreciate, over time this strategy, while popular with users, meant we couldn’t throw as many resources at it as we would have liked. We’re still making sure the old MailWasher Pro 6.x will be available to users forever and we’ll post updates and bug fixes for it. But given that MailWasher Pro 2010 isn’t a simple update to MailWasher Pro, we are treating this as an entirely new product.
